12.20P95 Escape

Actually 12.20P95 is his laboratory number, not the true one. But i still can't decide about his real name, too amazing character for most of them :U Any help?

Gawd, I'm not really happy with how it came. Idea was a bit different and of course better. But i really love this character and I wanted to draw him.
